At the Sonatrach Petroleum Club, our scope included façade cladding, fire protection, metal works, painting, tiling, wood works, and custom furniture. One of the key challenges on this project was ensuring that the wood works and furniture matched the finish expected by the client, while also meeting tight delivery timelines. To tackle this, we set up a dedicated coordination process between our design, carpentry, and installation teams, allowing us to fast-track production without compromising on extending deadlines. By combining detailed shop drawings with on-site mockups, we ensured every piece fit seamlessly within the interior design vision. The result was a polished, elegant space delivered to the client’s satisfaction.
