For the Metro Control Building, our team was responsible for painting, raised flooring, and waterproofing. One of the biggest challenges was ensuring effective waterproofing around critical infrastructure areas, especially where sensitive control equipment would be installed. Given the building’s high reliance on uninterrupted operations, even minor leaks could lead to major disruptions. To fix this, we implemented a multi-layered waterproofing system with extra protection around high-risk zones, followed by water testing. This approach ensured long-term durability as well as no disruptions, allowing the facility to function smoothly, even in challenging construction conditions.
