On Algeria Metro Line 2, our team carried out concrete works, painting, and tiling across several key stations. A significant challenge we encountered was ensuring consistent tile alignment and finish quality across large and high-traffic areas. To overcome this, we implemented a phased installation strategy and worked closely with site supervisors to coordinate timing and access. Our tile teams used the proper tools to maintain precision, while our concrete and paint crews ensured clean transitions between surfaces. The result was a clean and professional finish on a fast-moving infrastructure project.
