On Cairo Metro Line 2, our scope included metal works, painting, tiling, and waterproofing. One of the main challenges was executing all trades within tight, highly coordinated timeframes while maintaining metro-grade durability and safety standards. To overcome this, we sequenced our work in close coordination with other contractors and metro authorities, ensuring no delays or rework. Our teams used fast-curing waterproofing systems and durable finishes suitable for high-traffic transit environments. The result was a clean and on-schedule delivery that met both functional and aesthetic expectations.
