As part of the Algeria Metro Line development, our team was responsible for delivering high-quality façade cladding, firefighting systems, metal works, painting, raised flooring, and tiling. One of the major challenges we faced was aligning the raised flooring system with the complex layout of mechanical and electrical installations already in place. This required coordination with other trades to avoid costly delays. To overcome this, we conducted joint walkthroughs with the MEP teams and implemented a flexible raised floor system that could adapt to the site’s constraints without compromising stability or design. Our proactive communication and adaptive approach ensured the flooring was installed on schedule and met all functional and aesthetic requirements.
