At Novotel in the Ivory Coast, we carried out specialized resin injection works to address structural cracks and prevent water infiltration in key areas of the building. The main challenge was stabilizing active cracks in concrete walls and slabs without disrupting hotel operations. To solve this, we used high-performance, low-viscosity injection resins that penetrated deep into the cracks, restoring structural integrity and sealing against moisture. Our non-invasive approach allowed for precise, clean execution which delivered a durable, long-term solution with minimal impact on the building’s daily use.
