Villa Omari was a high-end residential project where we executed façade cladding, metal works, painting, tiling, waterproofing, wood works, and custom furniture. A key challenge was coordinating multiple finishing trades in a tight schedule, all while maintaining the level of detail expected in this villa. To manage this, we created a phased execution plan that allowed our teams to work in parallel without overlap or delays. Close coordination between our carpenters, tilers, and painters ensured every element came together seamlessly. The result was a cohesive, refined space delivered on time and to the client’s full satisfaction.
