At Le Patio, our scope included concrete works, false ceiling installation, tiling, and waterproofing. A significant challenge was ensuring effective waterproofing in the patio areas, which are exposed to frequent rain, while maintaining the architectural design’s looks. To address this, we used a high-performance waterproofing membrane by Isomat, combined with precise detailing around joints and edges. Our teams coordinated closely to integrate the waterproofing seamlessly with the concrete and tiling work, ensuring both durability and aesthetics. This approach protected the structure while preserving the look the client requested.
