For Forum El Djazair, we completed façade cladding, false ceiling installation, and tiling works. One of the main challenges was coordinating the installation of the false ceilings with the complex mechanical and electrical systems running throughout the building, which required precision to avoid clashes and delays. To address this, we worked in a detailed manner adjusting designs and installation sequences as needed. Our team also used coordination models to visualize potential conflicts and plan accordingly. This approach allowed us to deliver a suitable finish on time and without compromising system accessibility.
