At the Ramses Building Complex, we executed concrete works, painting, and tiling across multiple sections of the development. A key challenge was maintaining finish consistency across large areas while managing work in active zones of the complex. To address this, we deployed multiple teams with synchronized schedules, ensuring seamless transitions between structural, finishing, and decorative phases.
