At Residence des Jardins, our scope included epoxy flooring, façade cladding, and waterproofing. One of the key challenges on this project was applying epoxy flooring in a high-humidity environment, which risked compromising adhesion and finish quality. To solve this, our team carefully studied the site conditions and adjusted the application schedule to ensure proper surface preparation and curing times. We also used a high-quality epoxy system designed by Isomat, to ensure a smooth, durable finish that met both the aesthetic standards and long-term performance requirements of the project.
