At Rotana Tower in Jordan, we provided specialized waterproofing services critical to protecting the building’s foundation and podium areas from water infiltration. The challenge was working within a busy urban site while ensuring the waterproofing system could withstand local weather conditions and structural movements. To fix this, we applied high-performance, flexible waterproofing membranes with reinforced detailing around joints and penetrations.
